Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
An ACC Request is a request to make changes to the exterior of your home or site.
Many HOAs require approval to make exterior changes on your home or site to ensure the changes will flow within the Association.
Exterior changes include, but are not limited to, house color, major landscaping changes, roof color, fences, patios, driveway extensions, tree removal, etc.
Some associations have certain guidelines and forms that must be completed before an exterior change can be approved. The form is used to notify the Association’s Architectural Committee of the projects and to receive approval before work is started. This ensures that the style, location, and zoning is within the Association's guidelines. To ensure that you are using the appropriate form, please use the ACC Request form provided HERE.
